Paula Townsend (Rezendes) is a Thai-American born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduating from Bishop Gorman High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Since 2003, Paula has cultivated her skills by providing personalized insurance solutions for her clientele. Her dedication and passion eventually led her to follow in her parents’ footsteps, pursue the entrepreneurial American Dream, and open her own company in 2017.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Cecy Serrano is a Mexican-American bi-lingual in Spanish. She was brought up by her single mother working two jobs to support the family. Cecy is client-driven and dedicated to achieving results and providing outstanding service for each client. She has accumulated over two decades of experience, with a decade as a mortgage loan officer, seven years working with Shelter Insurance, and another five years at Liberty Mutual Insurance as an insurance agent.
In her free time, Cecy gives back to the community. Her philanthropy work includes feeding the homeless each winter holiday and volunteering as an animal foster mom. In addition, she is a loving dog owner of four furry pets named Charlie, Chloe, Lexy, and Diego.
